Our menus

In our restaurant we cook food that is worth stopping for. The raw materials are often sourced locally. The lamb, eggs, pork and fish rarely travel far to the plate and the menus change with the season to capture the best of each time of year.

    Lake Vättern brine with whey butter sauce served with cherry cabbage, dill and cucumber oil and pickled celeriac

  • Sedan

    Rack of lamb with Gotland green asparagus served with lamb sausage flavored with wild garlic and tellicherry pepper, croquette of lamb shoulder and confit of garlic, wild garlic gremolata, gravy on roasted chicken and grilled lemon and potato fondant

    Caramelized flan parisien served with Swedish strawberries and elderberries

Vegetarian menu

When pre-booking a vegetarian diet, we adapt our existing menu to be similar to our regular one. Pre-booked pescetarians always receive a fish (or seafood) dish and a vegetarian dish, either as a starter or main course depending on the menu. Served 5/2-8/4

    Roasted garlic yogurt, pickled red cabbage, French fries and baba ganoush

    Served with dill and horseradish cream, roasted hazelnuts and cauliflower and potato salad
