At Starby Spa, Hotel and Conference we always choose quality over quantity, and therefore nothing is left to chance. We work with fine ingredients and products from nature that permeate the entire hotel.
Try, for example, our wonderful Sparitual, which offers both blueberries and cloudberries in various forms. Our treatments are enveloped in the scents of the forest and experience the earthy feeling that makes you always find your way back to yourself.

Champagne effect pool
Our large champagne effect pool is the heart of the spa. Take a dip, close your eyes and leave the rest outside.
Massage pool
The massage pool takes care of what ails you. Shoulders, back, legs - all worked on by hot water and pressure.
Aromabastu
The scented air of the Aroma Sauna is not something you forget in a hurry. Warmth, fragrance and complete silence.
Steam sauna
The steam sauna opens the pores and slows down the pulse. One of the most appreciated areas in the entire Starby Spa.

The Day Spa gives you access to the whole spa for a day - pool, sauna and relaxation without packing a suitcase. Perfect as a day out on your own, with friends or as a gift card that really gets used.
Practical information
Resident hotel guests have access to the gym during their stay, opening hours follow the times when the spa is staffed.

Extra spa can definitely be added to the day you go!
It is available to book for the days that the spa is open in the morning.
It is only possible to add if you have already had a booked spa time with us, then an extra cost of SEK 95 / person will be added for the spa between 9.00-11.00.
This can be added directly at the time of booking to have guaranteed seats in the morning. But it is also possible to book at the reception.

Children from 3 years - 13 years: Är välkomna alla våra öppna dagar mellan 09.00-12.00 i poolområdet men är ej tillåtna i ofslappningsdel, behandlingsrum, gym & eldrum.
Children under 3 years old: För säkerheten och välbefinnandet för alla våra gäster tillåter vi inte barn under 3 år i våra poolområden. Små barn kan ha svårigheter att förstå och följa säkerhetsanvisningarna i en poolmiljö, och risken för olyckor är större hos de allra yngsta. Vi tackar för din förståelse och ber om samarbete för att upprätthålla en trygg och lugn atmosfär för alla gäster.
Diaper-free children: Vi välkomnar barn över tre år som är blöjfria är välkomna att njuta of vårt poolområde under angivna tider. Att vara blöjfri är en viktig milstolpe och en förutsättning för att få tillträde till poolerna eftersom det minskar risken för sanitära problem och håller våra vatten rena och fräscha för alla badande.
