We will contact you and inform you whether or not we have found the item. If we manage to recover your lost item, we will work with you to arrange the best solution for its return.

Please note that Starby Spa Hotel reserves the right not to store forgotten items for more than two weeks.
For valuables worth more than SEK 1000, these cannot be sent. They must be collected in person on site.

Please note that items sent with a stamp are not traceable and that a fee of SEK 100* will be added regardless of the type of shipment you choose.
This fee covers postage, packaging, shipping and staff time.
*For letters sent abroad, there is a minimum charge of SEK 200.

It is the recipient's responsibility to pay for shipping costs regardless of the shipping method chosen.
Starby Spa Hotel accepts no responsibility for the shipment or any problems that may arise in connection with it.
